A Balanced Stay
super clean bathroom neatly made bed happy staff slow check-in noisy environment crowded breakfast
My room was super clean. The bathroom sparkled, and returning each day to a neatly made bed was a true pleasure. The staff looked genuinely happy (I think they enjoyed their work, despite the busy environment). The location is also perfect, with easy access to any place in the city center.
Check-in was a bit slow. The hotel seems very busy, with many guests, so it can get quite noisy. Breakfast was an experience, but not entirely positive (it was so busy!).

chaotic breakfast beach warning
the breakfast experience was chaotic it felt more like a crowded food court during rush hour than a relaxing start to the day. the noise level was high and the staff looked rushed. the beach had warning signs about jellyfish and sharp coral discouraging swimming. i expected better maintenance and service considering the hotel's reputation

Excellent facilities and staff!
customer service special meals
I stayed for one night on a stopover. The location and customer service impressed me. I booked a Club Room and Veronica cared for me in the evening. Milhanna assisted me at breakfast. My wife is gluten-free. The chef prepared special meals.
The room card key did not work. I went to the lobby to request a check. The front desk person offered no apology. I asked the front desk to transfer my reservation to the sunset bar, but this request was never answered.

The staff are very attentive and helpful. They addressed all my requests quickly. The team ensured a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests . The team is wonderful.

Fantastic Resort with Attentive Staff
seaview room wonderful buffet food presentation
I was upgraded to a seaview room , it gave me a wonderful view of the sea. The resort's gardens and F&B outlets had amazing landscaping. Breakfast had a wonderful buffet and food presentation. I enjoyed the sunset view , it was lovely.
I noticed the pool area was crowded and busy , it made it uncomfortable to use during peak times.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport , this makes departures stress-free. A vibrant street food market is within walking distance , with a taste of local cuisine. This location provides easy access to both the airport and local attractions.

Amazing stay near the beach
friendly staff multiple pools amazing beach activity rooms
the staff members was all friendly, helpful and always smiling. activity rooms available catered to both kids and adults and worked so well for us. the multiple pools, slides, and beach were amazing. i really had fun at the pools with slides and the beach.
breakfast was a bit chaotic because there were many people.

quick access large cool room wide array
i appreciated the quick access to the airport for my short stay. the room was large and cool, a welcome escape from the heat. breakfast provided a wide array of choices. the pool was lovely!
Dinner options felt a bit limited. I hoped for a wider variety.
